Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
